In the streets connecting Barclays Center, Brooklyn Paramount, and BAM.

Sat & Sun August 23 and 24 from 1pm - 12am

Applications are selected according to the criteria listed below: aesthetics, theme, variety of product categories, sustainable design, and availability of booth space.

ORIGINALITY - We are looking for work that is creative, inventive, intentionally packaged, and unquestionably your design. Our emphasis is on local craftspeople who produce sustainable handmade wares, small batch fashion, accessories, home goods, beauty and wellness products, handmade jewelry, ceramics, pet accessories, and fine art. Our emphasis is on local craftspeople, sustainable design, and crafts.

QUALITY - We are looking for standout work that is made out of high-quality materials, durable, sustainable, and market-ready.

PRODUCTION - We are looking for work is designed and/or handmade by you, made out of materials are sourced ethically and sustainably.

First Acceptances will be sent by June 23, 2025

The application will remain open until all spaces are filled.

Once your application is successfully received, you will receive a receipt for your application.

Planet Brooklyn offers creative small businesses, vendors, culinarians, and artists an opportunity to connect with an engaged and enthusiastic audience of shoppers and a platform to promote your work and brand.

FULL BOOTH - Our standard booth footprint is 10' x 10'

SHARED BOOTH - For vendors with small products, limited inventory, and who can sell from a smaller footprint, we offer a Shared Booth option.

DOUBLE BOOTH - Double Booths are equal to two Full Booths side-by-side. (10' x 20')

TRUCKS, TRAILERS, CARTS - We love to work with food trucks, pop-up shop trailers, and other specialty carts and vehicles to add unique pop-ups to the Fair.

Booth pricing for trucks, trailers, and carts selling products and goods is determined by the vehicle’s footprint and is usually priced at the artist booth rate. Please be sure to include dimensions and a photo with your application if you have them and we’ll be in touch with more details asap.

Pricing for food & beverage vendors will be a commission % vs flat fee.

All vendors selling food + and other consumables will need to submit additional materials to participate

We recommend that your business complies with all business and tax regulations by registering your business, collecting sales tax, and reporting and remitting sales tax as needed.

All vendors are required to share proof of general liability insurance with appropriate coverage to participate.
